Internships in Germany
Many students are interested in completing an internship (usually unpaid) after the semester is over. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real working environment. There are many options available, of course, which greatly depend on your experience, skills and background.
All internships are arranged through the staff at the European Study Center (ESC) in Heidelberg. As part of their service for individual students, they also include housing arrangements, on-site coordinator, airport pick-up, permit formalities, cultural immersion/language courses and much more with every internship placement.
The cost for an internship may vary and is based on the location, duration, type of accommodation and other factors.
If you are interested in actively contributing to the local community during your semester in Strasbourg, you can opt to add a volunteer component to your program.
